All units are NO-SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED please
Check in time is 3pm for a regular stay and 4pm for a holiday stay.
Please see your welcome letter once booked to view the address of where you will be checking in. If after hours once again see your welcome letter for instructions on after hour’s key pick up.
Check out time is 10am. (Unauthorized late departures are subject to a 1/2 day charge)
Responsibilities – Upon departure please close all windows, turn off all heaters and lights, take out all trash, then load and start the dishwasher. Failure to comply may result in added cleaning charges.
1849 Mountain Rentals accepts Visa, Amex, and Mastercard.
½ of entire stay is charged at time of booking with second ½ charged 30 days prior to arrival. Check payments will only be accepted outside 30 days prior to arrival.
All guests must have valid credit card on file for incidentals, regardless of payment type.
If it is necessary to cancel or change your reservation you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival to receive your deposit back minus 10%.
Cancel fee is 10% of 1/2 your entire stay.
The number of guests, including children, is limited to the sleeping capacity of each vacation rental property and is determined by bedroom quantity, furnishings and accommodation size. Exceptions may be made for infants/toddlers under the age of 4. Individuals less than 19 years of age are not permitted to rent. Guests under the age of 19 must have direct adult supervision at all times when on rental premises. Absolutely no unit will be rented to vacationing students under 19 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian of age as mentioned above. Any reservations obtained under false pretense may be subject to loss of prepayment, rental payments, taxes and fees. Motor homes or campers are not permitted to hook up to utilities on any rental premises.
Guests may be asked to immediately vacate rental premises, without refunds or compensation, in the event of unnecessary and loud noise (nuisance or disturbance), breaking of 1849 Mountain Rental or condominium association rules or other illegal activities. Any reservation obtained under false pretense and not adhering to minimum age, occupancy limits, pet policy and supervision requirements are subject to immediate eviction without refund or compensation.
We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability should the reserved unit be out of order or not available for any reason. When comparable accommodations are not available, renter will have the option of selecting from available properties at the published rate or receiving a complete refund of the reservation prepayments. Under some circumstances, rates may also be subject to change, depending on the date your reservation was made.
Linens, Towels and supplies:
Bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of soap and bathroom tissue. Complimentary firewood is also included with your stay.
One maid service is offered for stays of 5-7 nights, while stays of 8 nights or more receive 2 maid services. Daily maid service can be arranged for a fee.
Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good repair. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators or any other common area amenities, infrastructure or equipment.
